This page explains how Rocky Handy handles the details and photos you submit with an inquiry.

Your request and photos

When you submit, your name, project ZIP code, work description, chosen phone number or email address, and any photos are saved privately and queued for delivery to Vitali through Telegram so he can respond to your request. A saved website receipt confirms that the request was saved; it does not by itself confirm Telegram delivery.

The browser prepares smaller JPEG copies of selected photos and removes the original image metadata. Avoid people, documents and sensitive details in photos. Request details and uploaded photos are not publicly accessible through this website.

A basic form-check flag may be saved for manual review, follows the same active-data retention as your request, and does not reject a request on its own.

Active website copies

Active site copies are scheduled for removal 24 hours after every required delivery part is confirmed delivered. If cleanup fails, it is retried. Undelivered accepted requests and photos remain available so delivery can be retried; they are not deleted merely because delivery fails. Unfinished, expired uploads are handled separately with protection for uploads still in progress.

A content-free receipt is kept for 7 days to prevent duplicate retries. It does not contain your name, contact details, descriptions or photos.

Recovery history

Cloudflare database recovery history may retain data for up to 30 days. Removal from active storage does not erase all recovery copies immediately.

Telegram copies

Copies sent to Telegram are managed separately and are not erased by the website’s cleanup.
